his hotel is run by a bunch of money-minded people who by hook or by crook try to get more & more money from their customers with a service nowhere near good. Yelling at customers, fighting for no reason and behaving rudely are few of their characteristics. Forget about being empathetic, these insensitive people don't even have basic courtesy to show to someone who spent so many grands to stay in their hotel. And If you try to give feedback to cleartrip(from which we booked this hotel), hotel owner will confront you and fight till he drop with you for complaining against their hotel rather than being apologetic for the inconvenience caused to you in the first place due to which you got forced to complain. No professionalism, no etiquette, no customer service - booking room in this hotel is a sheer waste of money and anyone who is willing to spoil his/her trip and ready to indulge in low-level arguments with these boor-heads should come to this hotel.
There should be a warning board on all the websites who offer to book this hotel saying "Book this hotel on your own risk, we do not take claims for wasted money & spoiled trips"
