I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and 2 nights and the overall experience had been very good.It was inside my budget and the quality had been good. I would like rate this hotel as 4 out of 5. For mediocore families (room range 1000 - 1500) , this is a nice place to stay. Location is very good, it is at a walkable distance from Kodai lake and croaker's walk which are main tourist attractions. I would defeinitely prefer this hotel if we go once again. Service was good as well and staff were very cooperative. Food was little worrying since we were non vegeterian. But nevertheless you can go out for that. It is very adjuscent to the main road and hence the noise comes a bit. lavatories were good and clean and they cleaned it everyday.

I had a stay in this hotel during September 2009. I booked the rooms in advance through Telephone. I stayed for 2 nights. The stay was Excellent. The rooms were perfectly clean & well maintained. The front desk people was so helpful. Hot water was available till 9.30 PM. They have few restaurants in the same building & nearby. They were also excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was a great deal for the money which I paid.

The hotel staff ware not at all from the hospitality background (hotel industry) they were money minded. Hotel service was bad.

Located exactly in the center of the city, most of the places are very close be it shopping places, bus stand, sight seeing places etc. Nice eating joints nearby for veg as well as non-veg food. Room service was good.

Excellent location, walking distance from the lake and coaker's walk. Nice amicable people managing the hotel.
