The non-AC room which we had booked from Utkal Bhavan, kolkata was very dirty, with plaster falling off from walls & ceiling. Water was coming in from under the balcony door. Balcony was very dirty, so was the toilet. I went to the reception & immedietly changed over to AC Cottage. From there onwards it was a really cosy experience. The room was well furnished with clean bedsheets, attached balcony which was very big. We could also go into the lawn from the balcony. The toilet was very clean. I was very satisfied with the security. Room service was very good.

Please avoid non-ac rooms
