Blue Pine is a very clean, economical and situated at a very strategic point from the scenery perspective The food prepared in the mess is AWESOME both veg and non veg. Even the activity room and the night DJ are of great quality. Getting to dance in front of a bon fire that too in the chilled night where clouds descend on you every now and then is out of the world experience

Cleanliness, value for money, service with smile, the location are the few of the list of many positives about Blue Pine Lansdowne. Can you imagine a hotel having the whole bedding of Bombay dyeing linen right from pillows to bedcover to mink blankets, Blue Pine has the same. My wife and mother are too finicky about the cleanliness of the blankets and the toilets, but in this hotel even they were satisfied to the limit and were praising it a lot.

The service of the hotel from the ordering till the delivery in the room is minimum 45min to 1 hour for anything be it drinking water or tea or extra pillow. Also the tea serving timings are also fixed, so anyone who wants tea should carry a thermos so as to get the tea filled for odd hours as per hotel timings.

Its one of the very few hotels which is available in this paradise. The place is quite scenic and ideal for people looking for break from the madness of urban jungle. Location, Accessibility & Food is Good but Housekeeping and service is a complete turn off. On top of it management looked quite arrogant and doesn't know how to behave with the guests. They kept looking for the opportunity to charge extra money and provided room service after lot of request. Doesn't have driver room facility as well.

Liked the Location and food of the hotel.

Did not like Housekeeping and service. Manager sahab there looked very arrogant who kept scolding the boys all time in front of the guests.

Very good hotel to stay with family, if you are going for relaxing. Transport to main market, and to kotdwar is bit difficult, espcially if you aren't taking your vehicle. View is very nice, especially from terrace, and from balconies of rooms facing the valley.

1) Very scenic, and relaxing view from rooms, especially the ones facing the valley, on 1st floor. 2) Nice food. 3) Room service is ok. 4) Gym, TT room on terrace. 5) Rooms are clean.

1) located around 3 kms from main market. 2) Difficult to find transportation to reach kotdwar, especially if you don't take your car.

Situated jsut outside lansdowne hotel looks extremly good from outside . The real story started after we checked in, staff is impolite to say the least & their natural reaction is big  to everything. One feels like a paid prisoner in this hotel. Rooms, food etc were of medium quality. Be wary of this hotel suggest keep away. Its not they are not doing business as their are very few hotels.

The Hotel is very nicely located. It has beautiful view of the surrounding hills. It is definitely better as compared to other options available in the town. The rooms are big and spacious especially in the main wing. while visiting this property insist for rooms in the main wing ( 1st floor). The newly added rooms are a bit tacky. The food is good but the service is littlw slow. The bathrooms can be improved. They are big but badly lit and need to be bit more clean. The towels in the bathroom were old and somewhat dirty too which was a put off.

Positives: Location, spacious rooms and balconies, good scenic views

negatives : cleanliness
