Badly managed, very poor customer service, facilities not good enough for a luxury hotel, does not have the ability to host national events or big parties..most of all...robbers loot you during your stay. It couldnt get worse !!

The villas looked wonderful and the ambience

The villa had no door lock, bathrooms with poor fittings and no transport facility to travel from the villa to the main block. The 1st evening my bag was looted (mobile and cash) during a party and the manager refuses to meet me to discuss this and my written complaint was not acknowledged even 2 days later. The security officer states that he received my letter from his front desk staff only 2 days later but declared that the hotel is absolved of this responsibility. This atrocity continues with more folks losing cash, mobiles, bags and even clothes over the next few days with not 1 complaint being looked into. Day 4 I return to my room to find another guest sleeping on my bed (male guest in a room shared by 3 women). The manager's claims that they were overbooked and we can only request the guest to move to a different room. We were not requested/intimated. It is shameful and disturning to note that the same hotel room gets circulated between multiple guests in 1 guest's absence !!

Well to begin with we were being lured here to stay by a fellow malayalee Sharath Sanker.we were ambushed from the day one and the staff seemed eager to burn a big hollow in our wallets for the pathetic service rendered.every mistake was accompanied by a big "sorry".it was a nightmare which ended up shattering our hopes of ever being hoodwinked by our enthusiastic malayalee friend sharath sanker.never again we will ever again test our patience in this rotting hell in our distant dreams.

Property is good, very close to the new airport. Maintenance is very bad, staff is very new to the hospitality industry, don't know about services, innocent people but it may prove a dangerous transaction as well...

The location - close to the new airport, just 10 mins drive.

The staff is not trained. You'll face the problem right from check in, Airport pick up, the person comes on time - imagining the luggage pick-up time on the belt, if your flight is bit early or don't have checked in luggage - you have to wait for him. In the reception, they write down your credit / debit card enter the card number AND ALSO CVV NUMBER (Dangerous!)!!!! It's not intentional but they don't know the consequences. The villas are not equipped, if you ask, they say they are connecting, etc.. Better to check this hotel after management changes / after an year or so. Food can't be served in the villa rooms, drinking water is not bottled (they bottled but you can't find the seal), terrible experience... you can find hair of your predecessor on the bed too...

WOW...what a place. A perfect hotel resort, with endless spaces and facilities. Lavish buffet sessions and large rooms. The new addition was the Seventh heaven spa, a great place for traditional therapies. The staff were a cheerful lot with a smile always on their face. A perfect getaway from the polluted city, yet not too far.

Food, ambience, staff, decor.

nothing at all.
