Nice info about the temple. I remember B_shankar for other reasons. A few years ago we went there via Malshej on the heaviest rainy day of the season, and couldnt see beyond 3 ft due to the heavy mist. Enjoyed the surrounding dense forest. Car broke down on the return near Wada and we were towed to Pune. Unforgettable adventure.
